Morning Sickness or Motion Sickness can cause nausea and vomiting. Changes in blood hormone levels can contribute to morning sickness, and there is a strong link between nausea and low blood sugar. So eating frequently during the day will help alleviate the problems.

Ginger Root. For nausea that is constant, make a tea from the fresh root and take a sip every now and then.

Anise or Fennel seed tea. Make a tea from the crushed seeds and sip as needed.
