Shortly after my husband and I moved to the desert in Tucson, Arizona in 2005, he began to complain of stomach pains. I was searching the internet for information on Diabetes and blood pressure and cholesterol when I came across the 7 Steps to Health. I was intrigued with what I was reading and decided, logically, that the 7 Steps to Health was the best answer for me. I was suffering from intense menopausal symptoms; hot flashes ever five minutes, sleeplessness, anxiety, crying, depression, fatigue. I am writing you a long overdue letter. I used to suffer from psoriatric arthritis in my hands and knuckle joints. My fingers were so swollen they looked like sausages. I have been suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol for many years. I had trouble moving, I could hardly walk.
