Prediabetes is the condition, when a person has significantly increased glucose levels, but not so high, that here can be a diabetes diagnosed. What should I eat?

Just forget about the white flour.
  • Eat more seeds and nuts. They are high in substances good for your health. Especially recommended are pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pistachio walnuts or almonds.
  • Replace bad fats with the good ones. Try to remove every animal fat and get familiar with the vegetable fats such as olive oil or linseed oil.

If you can maintain strong will and keep to the diet recommendations, you will significantly lower your risk of developing diabetes and other health issues.
