Healthy Blood Sugar Software

One of the most dangerous and highly addictive food additive on the market, is sugar. It’s added to almost every processed foods, causes diseases, makes you depressed, makes you overweight, gives you headaches, causes stress, and if you eat too much of it, it’ll make you sick to your stomach! , the heart, your weight, your blood and sugar levels, causes constipation, gives you gut, and some other health issues that comes along with consuming sugar. Bottom line, sugar has NO nutritional value.  Sadly, Americans consume up to 130 pounds of sugar per person, per year! Fortunately, there’s a better and more optimal sugar alternative out there on the market. I’m in love with this sweetener and you will, too. This sweetener is not grown in a lab… it’s grown in nature. Some of you may be familiar with this sweetener, called stevia! What Is Stevia? If this is the first time you’re hearing about stevia, I guaranteed you’re gonna fall in love with it if you love sweets! Stevia isan ultra-sweet plant (herb) that typically grows in South America and has been used for centuries in countries like Paraguay, Brazil, Japan, Korea, China, and Thailand. Luckily, growing stevia plants in your backyard is legal, and I highly recommend doing so. For those of you who are familiar with stevia, you may know that it makes an EXCELLENT sugar alternative. This sweet herb is uniquely sweet; it has ZERO CALORIES, ZERO CARBS, ZERO GLYCEMIC INDEX, and ZERO FAT! Stevia is the BEST sugar and artificial sweetener alternative ever! Nothing beats stevia. You can eat (literally! Even if you’re a diabetic!) 2 pounds of stevia, without gaining an ounce of weight and won’t spike/rise your blood sugar levels! Believe it or not, if you’re overweight, have diabetes or just looking to sweeten up your foods and drinks — stevia is your new BFF sweetener !   Life just got a whole lot sweeter… 😉   Stevia vs. Dates and Sugar It may be easy to believe that stevia beats sugar, but did you know:stevia beats dates (the fruit), coconut palm sugar and all of the other low glycemic sugars?! This is true, because dates and coconut sugar contain calories, carbs, fat, and a low glycemic index, unlike stevia that has ZERO. Choosing stevia as your natural sweetener over sugar, coconut nectar, coconut sugar, date sugar, agave nectar, maple syrup, yacon syrup, raw honey, and dates — is a much more smarter and optimal option. How Sweet Is Stevia? Stevia leaves are 30 times sweeter than sugar, while its extract is 200-300 times sweeter! Just 2 tablespoons of stevia powder is equivalent to 1 cup of sugar!   Is Stevia Safe? Since the late 1980s, stevia has gained popularity in the United States. Stevia has been approved in Asian countries, making up almost 50% of Japan’s artificial sweetener market. Numerous of tests were conducted on people consuming stevia. The results? No negative side effects! The FDA were secretly pressured by billion dollar industries, like Nutrasweet, Equal and Sweetn’ Low (who wanted to protect their aspartame) to ban stevia. The billion dollar industries (Nutrasweet, Equal and Sweet n’ Low) also pressured FDA officials to harass stevia users and ban it completely. So, in 1991, the FDA refused to approve this all-natural, harmless sweetener and banning it simply because “it has not been considered safe.” There are numerous (over 900) articles and research that proves stevia to be safe, yet, the FDA refuses to approve it and admit its powerful benefits. Not surprising that the FDA would ban stevia. The FDA doesn’t even hesitate to approve harmful, dangerous foods/ingredients out on the market, but when it comes to harmless, optimal foods/ingredients, they refuse. You see, if the . Nobody would be getting sick, overweight and all of the other diseases/illnesses that comes along with consuming processed, artificial, refined sugars. Despite what the FDA says about stevia, this uniquely sweet herb is very safe to consume. In fact, stevia is far frombeing dangerous, as the effects are completely harmless.   Health Benefits of Stevia Stevia has been used for centuries, and no negative side effects have been reported. How is SweetLeaf Stevia Processed and Why is it White?  I contacted SweetLeaf to find out if their stevia is raw and how they processed it (Iwas curious, like you may be, too!) and this was their response: “No stevia extract is raw. Ours is made by putting organic leaves into water where the extraction process begins. It is not cooked but certain glycosides are extracted using a series of micro filters. Were it raw, it would be ground stevia which is green. The chlorophyll is lost in the extraction process. We use only organic extract in our packets. The packets also contain inulin, a natural soluble vegetable fiber pre-biotic found in fruits and vegetables.”  How To Use Stevia Use stevia just like you would use sugar, but without the guilt.
