Appointments/consultations are by appointment only. If you feel you require an urgent appointment, please inform the receptionist who will then arrange an urgent appointment or treatment a required.
When you arrive for an appointment please inform reception that you have arrived or sign in using our touch screen arrival system.
To use the touch screen booking in system, simply enter your date of birth, and confirm the appointment, by pressing ‘OK’ at the end. The touch screen will automatically sign you in for your appointment.
If you make an appointment and are unable to keep it, please let the reception staff know well in advance. You can cancel your appointments by using the online service. Please visit to register online.
You can book appointments in advance if required. You may be asked to contact the surgery at 8am for same day appointments for problems that need to be seen more ugently than routine appointment.
We ask all patients to be on time for all appointments. If you are late for an appointment, you may be asked to wait or may be asked to rebook.
If you fail to attend two appointments, you may be sent a letter informing you that you have missed two appointments.
Patients between the ages of 16 and 75 who have not been seen by a doctor or nurse during the last three years will be offered a consultation if requested by the patient. Patients who are 75 years and over and who have not been seen in the last 12 months by a Doctor or Nurse will be offered a health check.
At times when one of the doctors may not be available due to time off, holiday, or illness, your medical services will be provided by another doctor or by a locum. If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse, please contact the surgery and a receptionist will advise you on the best time that the doctor or nurse will be available. This will usual be at the end of surgery.
