This smoothie is the perfect way to pack healthy fats, fiber, protein, including L-glutamine into your diet in one shot, helping to balance blood sugar levels and preventing energy crashes throughout the day.
Ingredients:
- 1 c nut or seed milk (I used coconut milk from a carton)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop vegan protein+ powder (vanilla flavour)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional – if you want it sweeter)
- 1/2 c ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
