Medications : Oral drugs are available for type 2 diabetes. Those drugs stimulate pancreas to produce and release more insulin. Medications are helpful for those diabetic patients still have some ability to produce insulin in the pancreas. Pills and injections are available for type 2 diabetes.

Diet: Diet plays major role in diabetes management. Many diabetic people controlling their diabetes with diet. Balanced, nutritious, and low in fat diet will control blood sugar. Type 2 diabetic people are generally follow healthy diet to control their sugar levels.

Physical activity : Physical activity not only helps to maintain a healthy weight, but also helps to manage diabetes. Do exercise regularly and also try aerobic exercise.
