A Man Overcame His Diabetes Without Medicine, Here’s What He Consumed

Couple of years ago diabetes and high blood pressure was the diagnose that a young man received, so he started treating this illness by taking many oils every day. He successfully gain the battle overcoming the illnesses only by treating them by eating raw unprocessed fruits and vegetables.

Learning that he has diabetes was unexpected and accidental. So, 4 years ago, he went to the clinic so his doctor can examine him because he had the const feeling that he is thisty. It turned out that he had diabetic shock already and it was very dangerous.

After the test performed by his doctor it was established that his pancreas in no long performing as it should, therefore raising his blood sugar level up to 29. Taking insulin shots on a daily basis as prescribed was the only way he can stay alive.

Since his health condition was going downward, he made Hew Years Resolutions that he will take his health seriously, and become in charge of his condition.

Coincidentally there was a show on TV called “The Edge Of Science” and the subject was consuming only raw foods. The guest was Dr John Zirdum and he stated that for 12 years raw foods was the only thing he ate. And that when he decides to try this approach in order to change his life!

Temptations were everywhere, by he was willing and strong and overcome them. That resulted with his blood sugar level to drop to amazing 5.

He was stunned by the results, especially because there was no progress even after taking many prescribed medicine. This make him believe that the food he was eating was almost impossible to increase the blood sugar levels, so he even stopped the insulin shots. But to be on the safe side he kept his insulin just in vase there were any changes in his condition. The results were amazing, blood sugar levels remained low and another plus was, he gained new body figure because his weigh was decreasing.

In just 25 days, he was 11 kg / 25 lbs lighter in weight, and his health was good. The results in 4 months after he changed his diet were : 20 kg / 44 lbs less, triglyceride levels 1.4, school book blood pressure 120/70 and most importantly no more medicine, insulin or any types of medicine. He was happy, healthy and satisfied. Here is a sneak of one of his favorite meals, in this case juice / smoothie,

Ingredients:

  •  2 Apples
  •  5 Bananas
  •  2 Kiwis
  •  And a handful of kale

The preparation of this drink is very simple. Just put them in a vessel, pour ½ litter / 17 oz of water and blend them. In the morning drink half the amount and throughout the rest of the day finish the drink.

Additional tips: Making the decision to star this type of a diet should be very easy. It will take approximately a week to get used to eat only fresh and raw fruits and vegetables as drinks, smoothies salads etc. Tuna is also one important ingredient to add in your diet. All natural foods, fruits and veggies, are full of the vitamin B12, the most important vitamin to maintain the health of the body.

You shouldn’t be worried that you will feel hungry. Your stomach will be full at all times as usual, but this time without any processed food. It will send the same signals to the brain that is full. The benefits are healthy body, no medical conditions and healthy brain as the amounts of nutrients will be as high as possible.
