Blood Sugar Levels Kidney Failure

Eating too much sugar and all the wrong sugars can affect our mood dramatically.  If you don’t think so, go off the sugar for a while and see for yourself.  Also how many times have you turned to sugary foods when you are feeling down.  Does sugar affect our body?  It does in so many ways.  Sugar affects mood swings, blood sugar levels and can be even associated with cancer and fungal infestation.  Sounds gross.

Dependence on sweet things…..

Could be an indication that we are suffering from a yeast or fungal infestation.  Search for anything else that could back this up, e.g. rashes, toenail fungus, athlete’s foot, etc.  Having a sweet tooth or craving sweet things could mean that the fungi is getting hungry and we will have a depressed mood until we eat something sweet.  This also means that when we eat sweets our insulin levels in our body increase and when that subsides we have the down mood again.  So our blood sugar levels and moods have a lot to do with each other and this is when we get that roller coaster ride.  If we can level out our blood sugar, then our mood will level out as well. Having the correct , some  and  can help achieve this and get off the roller coaster.

Breaking the Sugar Pattern

With Pleasure…..

We became dependent on the sugar because we experienced pleasure when we first tasted it and that set the pattern of eating sugar when we needed a pick me up. Remember that we didn’t just start eating sugar because we wanted to we started because when we tasted it, it gave us a lift in our emotions and we enjoyed that, so then we wanted another lift and another and so on.  After repeating this for over 15-30 days with a positive emotion, it became set as a bad habit or an addiction.  Any addiction can be established in this way over this amount of time.

With Pain…..

The same can be said with pain.  Certain things we avoid because we know they can cause pain.  e.g. speaking in public, handling spiders, snakes or creepy crawlies, giving up smoking or even dieting.  Giving up certain habits or foods will make us feel so uncomfortable that we will want to avoid giving them up so we don’t move out of our mental comfort zone.
