Blood Sugar Levels Greater Than 500

Bottom line we always MUST have sugar in our blood just to be able to live. And it has to stay in a pretty steady range for us to remain healthy.

Yet cancer cells and normal cells feed on sugar as their primary fuel.

So what! Big deal.

Too high or too LOW a blood sugar level would mean rapid death.

So it’s not possible to get rid of cancer’s favorite food anyway which is sugar. Even if you don’t eat sugar or fructose or sucrose or glucose your body will convert other foods into sugar anyway.

That means this is completely a non issue.

To me this is just a ridiculous point brought out by fear mongers like Dr. Mercola who don’t understand the true cause of cancer.

And it proves to you how little he actually knows about this.

To blame fruit eating on being bad for cancer is absolutely idiotic.

Fruit is loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients that actually assist in fighting cancer.

Consider also that there have been studies showing less cancer incidence in fruit eaters and of course greater health and longevity of people who eat more fruit than average.

Tis far more important to make the body alkaline and to stop ingesting high toxin cooked foods.

And FRUIT by the way… has the LOWEST levels of toxins of any foods that humans eat.

The next lowest on the toxins scale would be green vegetables.

Now let me prove to you the healing power of fruit with real life people.

* Let’s talk about grapes and “The Grape Cure.”

Why was “The Grape Cure” was so effective against cancer as grapes do have a high level of fructose in them?

I know a person who cured herself of cancer on the grape cure. This was the grandmother of one of the people who used to attend our weekly raw food meetings in New York City.

In fact, he told us she had a recurrence of the cancer and when she went back to doing the Grape Cure the tumor went away a second time.

And I know another raw foodist who recently cured herself of cancer only after switching to a high fruit diet. She’s even put videos about her story on Youtube.

These two cases make no sense at all if you believe that the main cause of cancer is that they feed on sugars. But of course all our cells feed on sugar, so neither sugar or fructose is the cause of the cancer.

* What about High Fructose Corn Syrup?

But that is the case with any disease treatment or dietary changes for that matter.

They’re so delicious that I’ve gotten a number of emails in from raw foodists who shared it with their cooked food family and friends and they loved it as well.

I’ve personally served them to many friends and family members who were not raw foodists and they just love them too.

They’re so effective at beating cooked food cravings because even cooked foodists love the way they taste.

Alrighty…

I hope you are finally realizing how much nonsense it is to demonize fruit because it contains fructose.

Remember, you’re eating fruit not refined fructose that is added to all sorts of cooked foods and drinks.

And that’s the difference that makes all the difference.
