#7 To control the sugar level, take a few drumstick leaves crush them to extract their juice. Now take the 1/4th cup of       this juice and drink it on an empty stomach, every morning.

#8 Vitamin C present in the Amla fruit increase the functioning of . Take the 2 teaspoon full of amla juice           and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach to control the level of blood sugar level in the body.

#9 Eating a healthy diet that contain vitamins and minerals like fruits and vegetables  apples, berries, bitter gourd,           drumstick, apricots, carrot, beetroot is essential for maintaining a healthy diet and is helpful for balancing the              blood glucose level.

#10 Green tea has polyphenol  content, strong antioxidant compound. Drink the green tea in the early morning                   before breakfast helpful to maintain good healthy diet.

Nobody likes bitter things. Better take fruits and vegetables instead of medicine. Insulin and Dialysis are even worse treatment for diabetes.
