Eggs, (which we’ve looked at the benefits of and myths about ) are packed with protein needed to increase energy in the body which repairs body tissue and boosts overall stamina.
Yoghurt has an enzymes that aids digestion & possess good bacteria which helps stabilize bad bacteria especially yeast imbalance. Choose natural, no added sugar yogurt to avoid sneaky calories.
Almonds are high protein, high fibre, high in vitamin E and magnesium which regulate blood sugar levels and allows the entire body to absorb calcium. It’s a storehouse of energy! A few should do the trick as a snack.
Grapefruit are nature’s fat burner. They are not the tastiest of fruits but it’s the quickest fat burner and you get your vitamins in.
Green leafy veggies like spinach and kale are low in calories & high in calcium. Fill up on veggies not unhealthy carbs!
Grapes skins are loaded with enzymes that fight tummy bloat. Not too many though as they can be high in sugar content.
Potatoes are high in absorbic acid content which in turn promotes a filling effect. They are best eaten baked!
