The only drawback I saw is that he outlines some excellent shakes and while he gives decent detail about the ingredients and how to make them, a short bullet-shopping list would have been helpful. Some lower cost alternative ingredients would have been useful too.
We added less expensive ingredients but the book may now take a little longer than a half hour to read
