Frank is the founder of Velominati and the curator of The Rules. A lifelong Velominatus, the history and culture within cycling has always fascinated Frank and, if given even the vaguest of excuses, will discuss it to exhaustion. A devoted cycling aesthete, the only thing more important to him than riding a bike well is looking good doing it.
Frank is co-author along with the other Keepers of the Cog of the popular book, and also writes a monthly column for the magazine, . He is also currently working on the first of five follow-up installments to The Rules, tentatively entitled The Hardmen.
